INGREDIENTS
2 freshly baked croissants
Trewithen Dairy Salted Butter
Strawberry Jam
Trewithen Dairy Clotted Cream
Fresh Strawberries
METHOD
- Slice two freshly baked, warm croissants in half
- Spread Trewithen Dairy salted butter and strawberry jam across the bottom half of your croissant
- Top with a generous dollop of Trewithen Dairy Clotted cream
- Thinly slice a couple of fresh strawberries and layer on top of the cream
- Place the top of croissant over the filling and enjoy!
