APPLE BRANDY FUDGE CREAM

DESCRIPTION

This is a flavoured cream ideal for pouring over apple crumble, plum pie and a host of other autumnal puddings. The apple and cinnamon is a match made in heaven and the fudge gives the sauce an instant silky quality. Best enjoyed hot with a sticky toffee pudding.

INGREDIENTS

200ml Trewithen Dairy Double Cream
100ml Apple Brandy
1/2 tsp of Cinnamon
100 g Brown Sugar
50g Trewithen Dairy Butter
50g Fudge

METHOD

Melt your butter and stir in the brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir until silky smooth and then pour in your brandy. Add in crumbled fudge and cream and warm until silky smooth on a low heat. Serve warm poured over apple crumble, sticky toffee pudding or pecan butterscotch ice cream.
