Luxury Hot Chocolate

DESCRIPTION

Who can resist a rich, silky hot chocolate at this time of year?!

INGREDIENTS

1 bar dark chocolate

1 bar milk chocolate

1L Trewithen Dairy whole milk

3 large spoonful’s of Trewithen Dairy clotted cream

Marshmallows

METHOD

Break up a bar each of dark and milk chocolate and place them in a slow cooker. Add a litre of Trewithen Dairy whole milk and 3 big spoonful’s of Cornish clotted cream. Cook on low for a couple of hours and stir occasionally.

Pour into mugs and top with more Cornish clotted cream and marshmallows.
