Cheese Scone
Salsa
Trewithen Dairy Clotted cream
1 Jalepeño
2 Nachos

METHOD

Split a cheese scone in half (go on, breathe in that heavenly aroma!), and spoon over a layer of tangy salsa. Pull a luxurious scoop of Cornish clotted cream over the top, before studding with a couple of salty nachos and adding a jalapeño.
