Barista Iced Coffee Trio with Trewithen Milk

It’s a hot summer morning – the perfect time to shake up your coffee game. Here are a trio of ice-cold brews, each mixed with creamy Trewithen Dairy milk. Sweet, spiced, and seriously refreshing.

Method

Step 1

For the Smoked Salted Caramel Iced Coffee, stir the salted caramel sauce and a pinch of smoked salt into hot coffee.
For the Chocolate Orange Iced Mocha, stir cocoa powder, orange zest, and maple syrup into hot coffee until smooth (a smoothie maker helps).
For the Chai-Spiced Ginger Iced Latte, stir the chai spices and grated ginger into freshly brewed coffee or black tea.

Step 2

Let all mixtures cool to room temperature.
The mocha can be strained if needed for smoothness.
For the chai, allow the spices to infuse fully before straining through a sieve.

Step 3

Chill all three mixtures in the fridge until cold.

Step 4

Serve each drink over ice:
Top the Smoked Salted Caramel Iced Coffee with a generous splash of Trewithen milk and stir.
Top the Chocolate Orange Iced Mocha with Trewithen milk.
Add a good splash of Trewithen milk to the Chai-Spiced Ginger Latte.

Step 5

Garnish if desired—add a sprinkle of smoked salt, chocolate shavings, orange zest, or a cinnamon stick to complement each drink.

Smoked Salted Caramel Iced Coffee

  • 1 large tbsp caramel sauce
  • Pinch of smoked sea salt
  • 2 strong shot of espresso or 200ml strong filter coffee
  • Ice
  • Trewithen Dairy barista milk (to taste)

Chocolate Orange Iced Mocha

  • 1 tbsp coca powder (or drinking chocolate)
  • Zest of half an orange
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 espresso shot or 200ml black coffee
  • Ice
  • Trewithen Dairy barista milk (to taste)

Chai-Spiced Ginger Iced Latte

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp cardamom pods
  • 1 tsp ginger syrup or cold-pressed ginger shot
  • 200ml strong black tea or espresso
  • Ice
  • Trewithen Dairy barista milk (to taste)
