Project Milky Way 2 is a cross-business investment that will enhance our cream production capability, enable us to innovate new products and increase our efficiency and productivity whilst continuing to reduce our environmental impact. It is part funded by the European Agricultural Fund For Rural Development.

WASTE

Across the business, we produce waste of different types, from electrical, chemical and building materials, to metals, plastic, cardboard and of course food.

We recognise our responsibility to handle this correctly and have a team of engineers who help to ensure specialist waste materials are disposed of in the right ways. We also work with skilled contractors to collect and dispose of different types of waste.

LANDFILL

As a company we recognise our responsibility to adopt and promote a robust environmental waste management plan and as an employer we recognise the important opportunity we have in engaging our staff team to ensure we deliver our plans to the highest standards .

We have been a zero to landfill company since 2020.
