It’s a magical time of year at The Lost Gardens of Heligan, where Head Chef Dale Orchard is spoilt for choice of glorious seasonal crops from its Victorian Productive Garden. That’s why we jumped at the chance to take a look around one of Cornwall’s finest gardens and see first-hand how Dale pairs heritage varieties of fruit, vegetables, salad and herbs with his favourite Trewithen Dairy products.
