Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective production planning strategies to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Support Project Planner with mid-term planning for the business.
- Analyse demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and inventory levels to optimise production efficiency.
- Work closely with sales, operations, and logistics to balance supply and demand requirements.
- Work with NPD/Commercial and Operations.
- Part of this role will take responsibility for Order Planning for Germany so will work with the Stock Controller for Ehrmann UK.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and capacity plannig.
- Analytical skills with experience in data analysis and forecasting.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
