Trewithen Dairy - Trading Update
Due to the adverse weather conditions yesterday and continued icy conditions this morning we are sorry to inform all of our customers that we are unable to make deliveries today. The safety of our work-force and the general public is a paramount consideration in these extreme circumstances. Diary operations were ceased late yesterday afternoon to ensure that our staff were able to make their journey’s home.
The road and weather conditions are set to ease as the day progresses, allowing staff and vehicles to return to regular shift patterns ready for delivery tomorrow as normal. Subject to this improvement, we will run a full delivery service tomorrow.
We ask our customers, if they have not already been contacted, to place new orders for delivery tomorrow for their entire requirements. Orders due for delivery today will not be fulfilled. The best method for placing an order is via our web-portal if you have the use of this facility.
We thank you all for your understanding during this testing time
