We are seeking an experienced Sales Ledger Administrator to support our business operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a unique, fun and supportive environment.

The role requires a personable individual used to dealing with customers to oversee overall responsibility of invoices and their level of accuracy in order to minimise the requirement for credit notes. The successful candidate will provide Credit Control for dedicated accounts and investigate and raise credit notes where required. Posting of receipts and ledger reconciliation work, direct debit collection also forms an integral part of the role.

The ideal candidate for the role will be well organised, possess previous sales ledger experience working in a fast paced environment, have accurate IT skills including Microsoft Excel and polite telephone manner. A working knowledge of SAGE and Innvan would be useful but not essential.
