Overview:
At Trewithen Dairy, Cornwall’s largest milk bottler our people are the key ingredient to support the next phase of our ambitious growth plans. Our business has expanded in the bottling area and we are looking for talented proactive individuals to help us on our journey.

The Bottling department fills & caps milk bottles at speed, producing many units each day for hundreds of customers in the local area.
Packing bottled milk into trolleys off the bottling line, is an important part for the operations to optimise efficiencies. It’s also the last visual check before handing the product over to the Despatch team in the chiller for picking and loading.

It involves working to set procedures each day to ensure product consistency and people are working in a clean safe environment. Training & Support will be fully provided from the start. The combination of line speed and quality of the product are the main objectives for the team in this area. We are looking for the right people to join us.

Summary of tasks for this role:

  • Packing milk bottles off the line into milk trolleys
  • Movement of trolleys into the chiller area
  • Movement of empty trolleys to the packing area
  • Routine product inspections off the line
